Jesse Blann is the Production Manager at Thrasher, where he is recognized for his hands-on leadership and dedication to quality craftsmanship. A U.S. Army veteran, Jesse brings a disciplined, team-oriented mindset to every project, excelling in problem-solving and driving success through effective collaboration. His passion lies in transforming outdoor spaces and exceeding client expectations. Known for his positive attitude and commitment to building strong, motivated teams, Jesse strives to create an environment where both projects and people can thrive. His approach blends military precision with a focus on craftsmanship and team support to deliver exceptional results.

I grew up on a farm just outside Springville. Our backyard was massive – old oaks and pines all the way around, and a little creek on the back side I’d dam up every summer. At 15 I started mowing neighbors’ yards with my dad’s red Wheel Horse. The first time someone handed me cash and said, ‘Man, that looks better than I ever could,’ I was hooked for life. Twenty-seven years later, at 42, I still get goosebumps when a homeowner steps out back, jaw dropped, and says, "We actually use our yard now."

Jesse has been a Landscape Consultant and Manager with Thrasher Landscape since 2018, where he focuses on building strong client relationships and delivering thoughtful landscape, hardscape, and drainage solutions. His work centers on turning customer goals into clear ideas, detailed designs, and accurate pricing estimates. Outside of work, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys, and their dogs on their small hobby farm, where life stays busy and full of outdoor adventure.

Allie is the Office Coordinator at Thrasher Landscape and joined the team in April 2025. She is the main point of contact for payments, invoicing, and serves as the liaison for sales and installation jobs. Allie came to us with 10 years of experience in multi-family housing industry as a Property Manager, where she specialized in financial reporting and budget management.

Summer is the Office Manager at Thrasher Landscape and has been a valued member of the team since 2017. She is often the first point of contact for our customers, helping to answer questions, scheduling appointments for our sales team, and keeping routes running smoothly for our mowing, lawn care, and maintenance crews. Known for her strong attention to detail and efficient organization skills, Summer plays a key role in keeping communication seamless and ensuring every customer receives timely, reliable, and friendly service.

The most recent “Jesse” to join Thrasher, he and his wife moved to Indiana from Texas to escape the heat and experience the full four beautiful seasons that Bloomington has to offer. His hobbies include board games, book club, art & illustration, and anything outdoors. If you schedule an estimate for a landscape project or ongoing maintenance, y’all just keep an ear out for his friendly “howdy!”
